Vintage Snowmobile Parts
Have you ever heard of the "penpal"? The penpals are what we call in English pals, of course that currently do not have to be bound by correspondence with the wonder that is e-mail a "penpal" is just a click away.
However, there are communities which are dedicated to really be pals, that is, write a letter, put it in an envelope, take it to the mail, pay the bell and expect to come religiously. Probably many people will see this as something crazy, but outside of any comments of madness that can be given is really fun and somewhat romantic.
is why I decided to enter one of these groups and get several friends to whom to write. I must be honest and admit it was not easy, believe me when I submit that is a thousand times easier to write an email than a letter, in the latter feels a lot more committed to project and think things over before writing, the ideas are a concatenation different from those of a simple email and even this is reflected in the rate at which we read the letters.
To write a letter need to be calm, focused and without more activity in the brain that is not like when writing an e-mail or, for example this post ... I'm listening to music, writing while chatting via IM, whereas when you write a letter demand your full attention to doing well.
Moreover, as it is much easier to write in front of a screen in front of a blank sheet, the barrier that creates technology and in some ways "depersonalize" the words is lost when writing a letter, you really become aware that there is a person reading the other side of your letters, that is why we think more than putting, and not to expect the other says, is like a long-distance dialogue.
Well, I just started this new project and do not wear much, but fortunately I got response from many people who want to become my pen pals, so I have already put to work, 3 to 4 pages per letter, envelopes ready to use and more than 100 dollars in stamps.
A new adventure begins!
